This area starts in the mid to high 20th streets and ends at 42nd. Penn Station is one of the largest Train stations in the country and people commute in from New Jersey, Long Island, and various other locations. The Path station that runs in NY and NJ has one of its biggest stops at Penn Station.

Atop of Penn Station is the most famous Arena in the World-Madison Square Garden. The Garden also has another venue, called the Theatre at the Garden. Also one block from Penn Station is the legendary Macy’s store that encompasses one entire Avenue. There are plans to build a new Madison Square Garden, and extend the 7 Subway Train over a couple of Avenues.

The Garment Center is also a part of this area. There are a number of buildings that are only for Fashion companies with 1407 and 1410 Broadway being the most notable.
